Williamsport Area SD (Lycoming Co.)

During the two-day Model Constitution Convention last October at Lock Haven University, Williamsport Area High School seniors Eli Getgen received the Best Drafted Resolution trophy and Sarah Mynczywor took home the Best Parliamentarian trophy. The convention is held as a simulation of the 1787 Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia in which delegates debate current constitutional issues.
