Allentown City SD (Lehigh Co.)
The William Allen High School Chorale traveled to San Francisco, CA, March 22-26, where they performed, visited local attractions and provided community service to the San Francisco Bay Area.
The students worked with the Save the Bay project, an organization trying to restore the wetlands in the Bay Area, planting more than 350 native plants in the Eden Landing Ecological Reserve. Jack, a Save the Bay representative, noted that though they were only in San Francisco for a few days, their effect on the environment would last decades. The group represented Allentown SD with pride, honor and a helping hand.
